Irrespective of where the problem lies, you can be confident that VirtuousIT will take on the responsibility of managing the problem to a satisfactory conclusion. This will typically involve dealing with third party vendors to the organisation which VirtuousIT will be happy to work with.

VirtuousIT Help Desk

Manned exclusively by Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP) this provides Technical Help Desk support for all software, hardware and network problems via telephone and remote access. Currently over 90% of all fault calls are remedied at this level, meaning faster fix times, which in turn can have a direct impact upon a business’s bottom line. 

Our SupportPACK service costs £100 per month and gives you the following:

    • Unlimited access to VirtuousIT's Help Desk.
    • Unlimited Internet based Help Desk system providing all clients visibility and history of all their support tickets.
    • Unlimited remote support for any hardware or software issue.
    • Preferred rate for annual audit.

Optional Services: 

    • Additional on-site visits by Microsoft Certified Professionals at preferred rates - CALL FOR CURRENT RATES.
