Our IT and Network Support Service provides for all software, hardware and networking issues. We do not differentiate between a hardware or software issue. Irrespective of where the problem lies, you can be confident that VirtuousIT will take on the responsibility of managing the problem to a satisfactory conclusion. This will typically involve dealing with third party vendors to the organisation which VirtuousIT will be happy to work with.
VirtuousIT Help Desk
Manned exclusively by Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP) this provides Technical Help Desk support for all software, hardware and network problems via telephone and remote access. Currently over 90% of all fault calls are remedied at this level, meaning faster fix times, which in turn can have a direct impact upon a business’s bottom line.
The cost of our SupportPACK + service depends on the number of servers and PCs covered and is suitable for organisations with at least 10 network users. SupportPACK + gives you the following:
- Unlimited access to VirtuousIT's Help Desk.
- Unlimited Internet based Help Desk system providing all clients visibility and history of all their support tickets.
- Unlimited remote support for any hardware or software issue.
- 1 hour on-site visit by a Microsoft Certified Professional per month (if the hour is not used it is accrued for up to 12 months to provide a bank of hours for use as on-site support, against projects, audits etc).
- No travel time charge to main supported location.
