Manned exclusively by Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP) this provides Technical Help Desk support for all software, hardware and network problems via telephone and remote access. Currently over 90% of all fault calls are remedied at this level, meaning faster fix times, which in turn can have a direct impact upon a business’s bottom line.
This is our full, service offering and provides unlimited on-site support and includes help desk support as described above at no extra cost. This comprehensive level of support provides cover for all IT issues, whether desktop, server, peripheral or network related. This service also provides highly proactive support. By this we aim to identify problems before they become too large and have a greater impact on the business.
Access to IT Management services is also provided by this service, which means that if you require an IT adviser to sit in on meetings with another supplier, the time for this is also included. This service enables you to have a professional, external IT Dept, with a wide pool of skills to call upon as required.
